The architecture, visual design, source code, and original brand elements of Varnio remain the exclusive property of the developer. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to utilize the application for its intended social and creative purposes.
Any attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or commercially replicate our technology is strictly forbidden. While you retain rights to the content you upload, you grant Varnio a worldwide license to host and display that content within the ecosystem of the Service.
Our platform is delivered to you on an "as-is" and "as-available" foundation. We provide no assurances—explicit or implicit—regarding the operational accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the software for any particular purpose.
Your reliance on any community-generated content or AI-produced designs is conducted at your own discretion. We do not verify the safety or technical feasibility of custom builds shared within the app.
Under no legal theory shall our development team or affiliates be held accountable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Varnio. This limitation encompasses loss of personal data, interruptions to business, or financial discrepancies arising from platform interactions.
Our total liability for any claim associated with the Service is strictly limited to the amount you have paid to us, if any, during the six months preceding the event in question.
